Long story, so let me try and simplify

I had some Japanese chicks and the rooster (only rooster) from day one had a twitch, would constantly twitch head, especially if the head was touched, but still weird. No signs of ear mites and no other symptoms ever came up, even throughout adult hood.

That roo and another Japanese bantam had chicks, everyones fine but again, the rooster chick is twitching, and not the hens! I’ve been through more then like, 10 Japanese bantams and even from the same liter, only the roos! What’s going on here?
 
BTW inbreeding can cause that, and can be passed to successive generations.
Thank you! I don’t think i have been inbreeding. I got a 4 month old Japanesw chick from a breeder and eggs, a broody hatched the eggs and the rooster mated the 4 month old which was of a year when they mated.

I got eggs and here we are.
