ya, well we're going to stay off topic for a while. Toro's gone for 2 weeks.

And i agree that ive met more friendly dogs than cats

I don't really like the idea of cats pooping in the house, either. They aren't the cleanest animals. Can't stand litterboxes out in the open of the house. Not saying they all are like that or all dogs are any better, but from what I've seen they tend to be a bit nastier when it comes to that kind of stuff. I knew some people who had three cats in the house. They smelled and I kept stepping in their barf.

My 12 year old black lab has never pooped or peed in the house, even the little ones have some decency.

There is, however, a very friendly barn cat at my stables. She acts like a little dog.

haha. we kept our litter box in our basement. you are lucky your dog doesnt go to the bathroom in the house. 2/3 of my dogs do, but one does have brain damage, sooo....

ha! we can't have cats because my mom is allergic (thats why we have a hypo allergenic dog) and when i was about 2 or 3 a cat scratched me on my eye, i was lucky though i blinked at just the right time
