(Well alright then. The Reversal tuff was made by the men in that place, AKA District 47. So the guards, scientist and the men in charge, Ben, made a cure for someone a long time ago but sadly the person they were going to save died from the DNA. So they made more of it, for some unknown reason, so they could have it just in case. Sot the stuff will take away, ears, eyes, fangs and claws. But once you get the fur and/or tail you're doomed to be stuck like that, so if Elizabeth got the reversal stuff before her feathers come in she'll be safe from the DNA. Now do you get it?)
