Skye had a small complex frown placed firmly in her rather vexed expression, though it faded when Max offered his help. She tilted her head slightly, thinking. It could possibly work, though they would need to find some place safe from discovery by the guards who would certainly be searching for them by now. It was Skye's stubborn side that decided for her though. I don't need help. She though incredulously. She was wrong, of course, but that what just her. She wouldn't give in until there was nothing left to do.
Leah pricked her ears ever so slightly at Emeralds apology, but hid any other sign that she had heard. She hesitated when she saw an open door that clearly led into some lab room or something. The door was open, which meant people. People meant trouble. Always.
Leah dashed up ahead, avoiding the hall way with the doors. It was only then that she replied, turning to face Emerald as she waited for her to follow. "It's more then shocking. It's disgusting" She said definitely. There was a long pause before she added somewhat hesitantly, "I can show you a way out."

"Sorry Leah, I'm just sort of surprised. I get knocked out end up here and find out that there are these evil people, it's just shocking." Emerald said quietly "and the fact that I'm trapped here with no way out." So, I'm sorry if I upset you." Emerald said in a slightly louder voice
