The chief then laughed at Pat "Yeah, right. Mark is one of the top criminals that are here and we can't catch. Sara on the other hand, she's dangerous and know that we know she's on the lose again, it could be a problem" he said

Mark kissed her cheek then looked to the other wolf "You should know better than to try to take another's mate"

"Mark is not a criminal, not when he is given a choice at any rate. I doubt Sara is as bad as your records seem to show either. What crime do you have to accuse Mark of? He has only stolen food so that he could eat and live since his father is too much of a drunk to buy food for his house" Pat said, getting annoyed at this

Jean looked to him and Chilali and smiled "You two cooked, the least I can do is the dishes" She said and turned back to her cleaning

The chief rolled his eyes "Alright, we'll see what we can do about Sara's and Mark's records. I might be able to get someone to release them from their record and have them start clean" he said "but I can't grantee anything"

I know that Mar's dad would love for him to be discredited because of what he did" She paused and blinked then looked to the chief again "You did get the e-mail from Mark about what his father did, didn't you?"

Mark kept ahold of her hand as they left the area. He was starting to feel faint and slowed to a stop then looked down at the many cuts on him. His adrenaline was wearing off by then

"Good, it's about time he stood trial for his wife's murder" Pat said and sighed, reaching up to rub her forehead

Chilali took a hold of his hand and smiled up at him from her seat as Jean finished washing the dishes
