I dunno. It got very very cold this year. And bitter and not as dry as usual. It was a weird winter.

It's also a large area big enough for 30 chickens and I only keep 6.

We had a weird winter too. All I do is bed the birds down, & have a deep pack build up for natural heat. All the winter build up gets thrown in the garden as fertilizer.

I hate that it freezes and I can't clean it till it thaws.

I swear this year I didn't do it right and it might have caused some problems my girls had this March. But if it works it works.

I think I have 57-58 chickens now, I had more before knocking the flocks down.

No. I have an astrolorp and a sapphire olive egger and a mystery colored egg layer chick. I had to rehome a rooster that I had with my first set so I went and got the olive egger and mystery chick.

I like the idea of a poop board, but the way I have my roosts, it's not gonna work.
