I would love to be able to play the piano. I know all my chords and everthing just can't get the rythm down I guess I was not ment to play.
My nerves feel like they are shattering. I have been smoking since I was 12. now I am 41 so quite a few years of this . the thought of tomorrow well midnight tonight is about to eat me alive. I have been slacking back on them for the past couple of days . Today I am very sick to my stomach, don't know if it is nerves or something else. oh well better get off here now I am about to throw up.

Well, I have been quit for approx 20 hours now. I guess if nothing else, I will post my updates on here for my own benifit because it does help seeing it in print that I am doing it.

Dear Cigarettes,
I know we've been together for quite some time now, but as it turns out, I'd be better off without you. Of COURSE I appreciate your staying with me all those long nights, during some of the most stressful times in my life. We were like peas & carrots, always together and seemingly perfect for eachother.

Unfortunately, I've grown up quite a bit since we first met. And, I think it's way past time that we moved on. Don't worry, I'm sure you'll find someone else, someone who wants you or needs you, but I'm going to have to put my foot down here. You and I can no longer be together. Your not good for me! And I would frankly like to start meeting other people, and you keep me from doing that.

I've learned now that even though I thought you were my friend, you are not. Your only interested in your own selfishness, killing my lungs, hurting my family, making me smell bad & causing me a lack of sleep because I can't breathe well anymore. As it turns out your just a big jerk that's gonna get me killed!

So.. as of tomorrow, you and me are OVER!!!! NO MORE! Find someone else, as I'm sure there are lots of people out there who will unfortunately find a use for you. But don't get too comfortable wherever you end up, because the JIG IS UP, people are onto you, and pretty soon, NO ONE will want you. So live it up while you can, and pack your bags cuz you are OUTTA HERE!
