THE SMOKERS QUIT CAMPAIGN - ADDITONAL NOTES

Thank you cajunlizz,

That is the whole truth behind this. We wantto stay fit and healthy for as long as possible, and if any of us already face these problems then we don;t want them getting any worse.

I hope you are feeling so much better now.

I know it can be tough when you first quit getting rid of all the gunk, but you hae done so well.

Good health to you and a very happy New Year.

Jena.

A paint roller and some pine sol work wonderful on washing long stretches of walls and ceilings. Just dont worry about the dribbles down the wall! Then again, I have hardwood floors so it's a double good thing, wash walls and floors at the same time. lol

Thank You So Very Much . and the same to you and yours .

I have never caught pneumonia since I quit smoking and I am so very proud of myself . My DH had quit some 20 years ago and preached IF he could quit I could also . WELL , I kept telling him the cigarettes years ago DID NOT have all the addictive chemicals they have today . BUT , My lung specialist made it very easy for me to quit with the CHANTIX . Anybody really wanting to quit and NOT RETURN to that horrible bad habit , GET on this program ASAP .

Good Luck to ALL ..............

lol... thank you Cajun liz, be happy.

and English Chick I think we are all doing the same today.

Scottish parentage means the house has to be clean today, and I am planning on clearing all of the nicotine stained bits on the walls starting tomorrow with the first bit of paint.... lol.

It is so cold I don;t want to be outside, but am storing up some energy to go and have a bonfire in the garden this evening and really enjoy the New Years Eve.

It is a good policy to clean your environment as we clean out bodies of the dreaded weed.... lol

Happy New year and a Freedom trail from nicotine addiction starts at midnight wherever we are.... ( I know some hae already started and good on you. )

Best wishes everyone.

Jena.

English Chick : If you are wheezing you might want to consult a lung specialist . He put me on Advair 500 used twice a day whether I thought i needed it OR NOT . Does a world of good . Wheezing was my very 1st. symptom with the COPD
