The Society of Truth, an RP

Charlotte got back to her apartment, it was chilly and she saw she had left a bottle of alcohol open on the bench, she kicked off her shoes and tipped the bottle down the drain. She then went and put her PJ’s on, ugh, she needed some friends like this was actually getting embarrassing. She flipped her long brown hair over she shoulder and watched TV, it was a warm night, this was highly uncommon where she was located. “Charlotte!” A voice called from the door “can I come in?” It was a neighbour of her, she quickly grabbed a robe and wrapped it around her shoulders.

Calder turned thoughtfully. "Mark, I'm going to head to Alina's. I'll see you whenever I do." he said, before turning and striding out of the room.

Alina led Lila to her workroom upstairs. "This is a bit chaotic, I know, but it's actually organised," she said with a shy smile, "A place for everything, and everything in it's place."

(This is the room I did a description for earlier - I just had a moment but will be off and then back again soon!)
(Absolutely, you do you :) )

Calder meandered down the avenue and let himself into Alina's house. He'd been before and knew full well where she'd be. Ignorant that the hideout lay below, he bounded upstairs and burst in upon where Lila and Alina were.

"Whoa, this is even messier than usual," he commented.
"Full of inspiration," Alina corrected, though a flush of embarrassment stole into her cheeks.
"Be nice, Calder," Lila reprimanded him. Turning back to Alina she said, "This room is awesome. You have an incredible organization system."
Tara was still at HQ she didn’t feel like leaving just yet, she stood in the meeting room, so far nobody had noticed her. She wished she had some other useful power which could be used, she knew Camilla would be chosen but she kinda wished she was. This was the first task she had actually stood a chance at being asked to complete
She watched marks fingers work on the invention “hi, that’s cool” she said nodding to his x-ray machine. (@Anne02 )
"Thanks," Mark said, "Hey, do you mind if I try this out on you?"

“Sure” she said “just so long as it won’t kill me, although I’m sure nobody would really notice to be honest” she laughed

Alina just laughed, "I admit it's not the average organisation. But I know where everything is. Anyhow," she said, dragging chairs from random places, "You may as well sit down, if you like."

She turned to a big blackboard occupying most of one wall. Scrawled calculations and diagrams of futuristic-looking transport took up most of the space, but she took out a piece of chalk anyhow.

"We should brainstorm exactly what we need to do. We know what we want - to leave this place and let everyone else leave too. But how do we do that?"

"I don't know," Calder drawled, "You tell me, genius girl."

She opened it “hi Margarita” she said smiling “sorry I don’t have any sugar” she shut the door “ugh it is so hard being nice to people you don’t like” she said

Alina glanced at him, "I don't want to take charge," she admitted.
"Go ahead. I'm certainly less well equipped for it than you are," was the brusque response. He stepped close to the board and watched her write. She was talking as she did so.
"We have to get away from here. To do that we have to do two things, convince others that what we are telling them is the Truth, and keep ourselves hidden. The first should not be difficult. The second is my issue."

The chalk squeaked as she continued her mind map with an arrow to the bubble entitled, Secrecy. She glanced at Lila, "Do you have any ideas?"

“Sure” she said “just so long as it won’t kill me, although I’m sure nobody would really notice to be honest” she laughed
"Don't worry, It won't hurt you. It'll just scan you're body, and will even tell what you have in your pockets and stuff," Mark assured her.

"Maybe. We have this house as a backup, and Mark gave me some scans that could be helpful. See, the palace was built much the same time as your house, Alina. There are many hidden rooms, but Mark has discovered from some kind of scanning device he was testing that there is a hidden floor, underground. Unfortunately, his machine broke before he could see if there was people in it," Lila replied.

She nodded “okay”

"Excellent," Alina breathed. "You could get Mark round here if you liked. He'd probably love it!" she laughed, gesturing to the glowing lights and half-finished robotic contraption in one corner. "It gets a bit explosive sometime but that's never too big of an issue."

She turned to the blackboard and put down a new idea, "Hide under the Programmer's nose,"

"It would be funny to do that literally," Calder commented, sarcastically. He turned and gazed out of a window, accidentally knocking over a beaker of a dark fluid. Alina reached out with a gasp and grabbed it before too much could spill. Ugly burns appeared on her hand but she shrugged it off and reached for another chemical.

"Don't touch, either of you," she warned.
