So normally I would think you're just a cat, maybe a one that talks as a result of a charm. But you? I am forced to believe you're a captain, or something. Hey, kitty kitty. Will you answer my joke, sergeant, or whatever you are? On Dazl, where I come from, your average charmed cat would know a basic vocabulary and maybe how to count. He'd know most of the basics necessary to live with the elves, but nothing more.
