(good job! we don't have that kind of thing here, we get to pick between easy maths and hard maths, hard science and easy science etc. except they're not called that of course

OH. Hmmm... I just had a thought. I've got the materials to rig up another DNI - I wonder what would happen if I connected myself to Atlantis as well, to try to help search?

That sounds like a very bad idea, actually.

I have a feeling that you'd have trouble coping with all the information this ship contains. As I recall, even your vicious little mosquitoship was a bit much for your delicate human mind.

It just took a second to adjust! Besides, all the weapons were deployed, so that's a lot of extra information.

I'm just wondering, would it be a good idea to have two brains basically connected to each other?

True. I guess you'd probably be okay if I turned off most of the cameras...

Yikes. Steve has a good point.

I get the feeling that both of their minds are scary places, and putting the two together... I don't like to think about that. A ship capable of destruction on a planetary scale + those two = horrifying.

I hate to admit it, but I think he does. Still, obviously one person can't sort through all this. I never mentioned this, but my suit is actually connected to me via a DNI - makes operation of it a LOT easier, too, since data and sensor information goes straight to my brain. No HUD nonsense. So I'm basically dealing with this on a micro scale every day I wear it. Which is almost every day.

I don't wantt Q9 to see my memories and thoughts! *Sounds horrified by the idea*

Your suit is considerably smaller than any ship, though.
...It's true that the self destruct needs to be found, but I'm not too happy with this idea.

*Sighs* You're probably right. Ouch, it hurts to say that. Hurry up - I think I hear beeping.
