So shall was attack their ship? hijack it? or just submit to being imprisoned?

They might be willing to just arrest CR9 and fine us. I suspect that attacking or running would be a bad idea. *Laughs nervously as several nasty looking gun turrets rotate to point at CR9 and her*

umm, can i be arrested too? i have some contacts that got "delayed" over there and there is some important information that i need. I'll leave a couple of million counterfeit for when you need to bail me out.

*Slowly accelerates to full speed*

*Scoutship follows but isn't able to keep up*

If they manage to overtake us, you may need to break into their ship and hijack it.
