Here's the photo of the finished product, 10 x 12 overall, 4 x 10 coop and 8 x 10 run, for our 6 chickens. The bottom of both the coop and run are lined with wire mesh, overlaid with hardware cloth, then buried in several inches of shavings.

The triangle coop is at the back of the run, and has roosts, a feeder and waterer, and will have the nesting boxes when the chicks get old enough (they're 9 weeks right now). There is a small sliding door between the coop and the run that I can close at night or during bad weather. There's also a people door on the back side of the coop.
