Hi Kristin, Sorry the PO lost my eggs. Could you post pics of your birds? I still would like to maybe try again, but paid for, normal priced, plus shipping, but I would like to see what your birds look like to make sure it is the type I like. There is more than one "type" and lots of colors being bred right now... if no pics, how about a description, weight, color, pose, etc... Hang in there, People will buy. Spring is just around the corner. Two days ago a silkie went broody, which would be the BEST POSSIBLE way for me to hatch them... woulnd't it figure... Well, good luck and thanks for trying. I think someone must have opened them up and made breakfast for themsleves or something... grrrr.... Oh, and they also suggested getting a tracking number in the future. Good luck. send us pics.

Darnit!! I am sooo sorry. I will send you more eggs, I feel badly that you havent received them. It's been a week now!!! PM me and we'll work something out. Didnt you say that you also had another egg order lost or missing too? That totally sucks. There is something going on at your PO, for sure.

I havent sent any of the test eggs out with tracking numbers, since I'm actually losing money after paypal fees and such. They do however, have delivery confirmation - BUT, I'm not sure if it was you or not, one of the packages I sent out wasnt through Paypal shipping. When I went to ship that package, the option to ship it through paypal was not there. Go figure, if that was your package.......

I will probably have to wait to get pics until the weekend when I have my husband here to wrangle the kids and keep the baby content. He's just 4 months old and I believe he's starting to teeth already, so my days lately have been spent with a very fussy baby.

I just sent you more money, plus some for gas, what have you. Whenever you think it is a good day, go ahead and send me more eggs if you have them. If not, just send the money back. Either way I'm okay.

Patty, that is just too kind. You certainly have to do that - and I didnt mean to say that anyone had to send anything extra! I'm wanting to get my eggs out there in hopes that some will have some good hatches and enjoy their babies as much as I do.

I have two batches I need to get out this coming Monday. You tell me what would be the best day to ship would be? I'm scared to send them to you this late in the week. Or if you think that mailing tomorrow would be ok - I'll be glad to do so. You just let me know.

kbbeale, I understand the frustration in your first post. I'm pretty confident in saying that someone on BYC would help you out if you have extra eggs to ship out, or if someone doesn't follow through with payment in a timely manner.
As a kindly suggestion, and I've had to do this with a couple of ads, is to give yourself a little wiggle-room and firmly state that if payment is not received by x-date/time, you will offer them up to someone else, and tough noogies.

Not to be mean to them, or anything, but hey! snooze you lose!

I'm glad you found homes for your eggs... if it wasn't so derned cold here I would have taken them in a heartbeat. I hope they have great hatches to report back to you!

When you get around to selling eggs by spring time I will be interested. I would like to try raising a few of those cute chickens. It is too cold right now for such little chicks.

Hey Kristen, My son told me you were sending me my eggs. Sorry I was so out of it. The new medications for my back and leg pain kinda put me in a fuzz. My son Paul said he sent you a little note. He is a great kid and I love him and his sister Helen. I will call the post office and tell them to look out for my eggs. It is coming to the post office and not UPS right? Please put my phone number on the package and ask that they call when it comes in.
I just read your post above and I can't believe that they acted like they did. I appreciate that you trusted me to send the MO. HEY!!! THEY CAME!!! They are packed perfect, the box looks perfect, like you just packed it and put it directly on my porch. I have a silkie that just went broody two days ago and I am going back over there tonight and giving her some eggs to set!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!

(Now send me back my money! I don't need another batch of eggs. Actually, keep five, send me back the rest. )
