Wow! Your birds are a few weeks behind mine? Mine haven't done anything like that, maybe I got lucky!!!

My Sultans are doing great! They have gone outside with all their other brood mates. They loved their pumpkin on thanksgiving. So cute to watch them tear into it and then run around with a big long string of pumpkin hanging out of their mouths!

Yah, I know you're right, but they're only 3 weeks old, so ... can't do much now anyway.

Darn it, the feed store gave me lay crumbles! I fed them to the birds yesterday, and just realized what it was! Well, I guess they only had it one day, they'll live, but ... what a pain. Ugh! I guess I have to hope I can feed it all to my eldest, almost ready to lay birds before they integrate with a boy! Those Sultan chicks really loved the lay crumbles! They won't eat anything else, but what I don't want them to eat, they dig into! Crazy birds! LOL

Another bird I pegged as a boy started screeching today, LOL So far 2 of what I thought were boys have started trying to crow. They're really cute!

Oh, yeah 3 weeks is kind of young to be out of a brooder. I always kept mine in the brooder until they were 8 weeks old.

Good luck! Please post a video of your squeakers :D

I guess I was too late this morning. I woke up around 8:30 and either they finished croaking or never got around to it. I finally gave up waiting! I'll keep the camera near the cage so I can grab it next time I hear them, LOL.

At this point, they are definitely my friendliest birds, but they wouldn't try mealworms this morning! I tell ya.........

Ugh, well they were crowing again this morning (if you can call it that, LOL) but I couldn't find my camera! I still don't know where it is.... Ugh! Where did I leave it?? !!! LOL
Haha!! Same here! My Sultans were doing something cute this morning, and usually have it! I reached to my pocket for it and it wasn't there!

Seems like whenever I have it they're "ordinary" chickens, and whenever I don't have it they do something so cute!

So my silkie roo attempted to "woo" Jazzy yesterday. And by woo I mean grab her back feathers and listen to her scream at him. Ugh I hate adolescent roosters -_-. She wanted nothing to do with him!
