I live in Central Cali. Its not very cold here, just a little nippy.

She stands "droopy" and closes her eyes. I put her under the heat lamp, and then she seems to regain her strength.

Put all your birds on Corid ASAP. I suspect it's coccidiosis and is probably what killed the other. Those are classic symptoms and it kills very quickly.

Maybe, until you can get the Corid, you can give her some yogurt and apple cider vinegar? Gosh I hope she'll be ok!

One of my birds had the exact symptoms yours had and died within a few days. It's a REALLY serious parasitic infection that only takes about a week to kill the bird. And it's highly contagious so make sure to treat everyone.

The good news is you'll see an improvement overnight.

Well she made it through the night, but the bad thing is I have someone coming to buy a cockerel from me that is in the same brooder as the sultan. I'll go get Corid today and start them with yogurt and apple cider vinegar now. Thanks for your help.

I would push back the sale a week to ensure you aren't selling a sick bird and possibly passing it to their birds.
