I know it’s early but I also know there are alot of knowledgeable people here that know their chicks! I thought I could be patient with IDing the unknown ones but not so much I have 7 from the Cackle Hatchery rare breed assortment. I know one is Buff Laced Polish so I didnt add a pic. I might have been able to ID a few more but some are totally stumping me. Would love to get input on the rest!

Looking at your chicks, and the breeds in Cackles RB Assortment
1. Silver Spangled Hamburg
2. Partridge Cochin
3. Black Sumatra
4. Possibly an BB Red Aseel… leg color is wrong for Jungle Fowl or Phoenix
5. White Chantecler
6. Lakenvelder

#4 is the only one I'm not 100% sure of.

Thanks for the help! I was really hoping for a Hamburg in the mix and didn’t think I had one . The Chantecler was unexpected although now that I look at it I should’ve suspected. I had considered Lakenvelder for #6, but somewhere along the way I changed my mind. As for #4, I’ll do an updated pic in a few weeks. I actually got so distracted with yhe patterning on that one I didn’t look at the legs. Glad you mentioned that. This is really helping me learn!!! Thanks again for the help

Glad to help, please post updated photos of #4 in a few weeks. I'm curious as to what breed it actually is for sure. If you can't keep roosters don't go getting attached to them just yet. And for heavens sake don't name them yet lol.
