I was so excited to get my eggs, that I tossed the box before I got to see who my swap partner was. One of the eggs did hatch last night, and there is a least one more on the way today! Thank you. Tamie

I had a 100% hatch rate on my bantam cochins from Bob 9muddler6). One accidentally drown after hatching while I was not home but the other 5 are chirping away. And boy are they cute. Will get pics up as soon as I can. Great job shipping Bob. I can't wait to see how they turn out. Never had cochins. Looks like one white (yellow now) and two blue? and two black? The one that died was the blue color too I think. Anyway, I just put a dozen beautiful blue bantam araucana (thanks jmhappycowboy) and 10 bantam barred rocks i(thank you silkieluvr) n the bator. Wish me luck. Hope everyone else has a good hatch.

I sent my eggs to SC the first week of March. My hens decided to go on a laying strike for 10 days straight!! I was just wondering if anyone in SC got their swap partner eggs that week in march if they are doing ok?

Out standing!! I am so glad they all hatched for you!! I had never shipped eggs before, so I am happy that not only did they make it in one piece (well, 6 pieces actually, 6 eggs) but they all hatched. They came from a Blue Roo, and white Frizzle hen, blue hen, and black hen, hope you get a frizz!!
