THE SWAP THREAD "MARCH"

My eggs hatched well for you ??? I am relieved I know they had a rough trip and bad air cells on arrival.

Looking forward to pics !!!!!!!

Me Too!! so can you help me pick out the breedings with some, maybe? Best guesses anyway.

I think you said that blue with buff face is an blue orphington/blr wyandotte cross? That one is sooooo cute.

what about the other two in that photo. they are the same. dark chocolate with buff (i call bronze) faces.

then in the hatcher theres one striped ee (i saw that one come out)with it's back to the photo then one with the yellow under carriage i think is an ee too but not sure, it was one of the last two to hatch.

theres 1 black and 1 blue feather legs so i'm thinking cochin and/or cochin cross. the black has little feather where as the blue one has lots.

then 3 black, like the two chocolates but i think without the buff face.

The blue with buff faces are my blue orp over my buff orp hens.

I am so glad you got 4 to hatch. I am sorry you did not get them all to hatch? I can tell you what color they are, I only have black and blue so you either have black, blue or splash? Post pics and I can verify.

My swap eggs from sebrightlover are on day 14 and doing great.

Will update later.

It is hard to tell from the pics but looks like 3 blues and a splash. The one that looks a yellow silvier color right now will be splash. As they get older you will be able to tell more about them. Some of the darker ones may end up black, like I said, it is hard to tell from the pics. But they are cuties either way. I don't have eggs right now due to all the broodies but I was able to manage to break some of them up so maybe soon.
