The tag said Cinnamon Queen

Still not recognizable as any breed. They look like a cross. Maybe there is a new hybrid in the works? Either that or they are working on production rose combed RIR which would make these "production red". They are not sexlinks or you would see evidence of silver.

An EE can look like anything, there is no standard other than derives from EEs or is a cross that yields offspring with the blue shell gene. Hatchery bred EEs derive from EEs and have certain features as a result. Having one of those features absent isn't a big deal but yours have none of them present so probably not.
 
The comb/wattle development is more than I'd feel confident calling them pullets but I don't see the uneven plumage color of a cockerel either. I'd wait for rooster feathers or not on these.

All of those feathers look female. Looks like she is just getting close to laying age.
The previous post said 10-11 weeks and that was a little over a week ago so she's closing in on 12-13. I think it's a pullet because even though the comb/wattles showed early, they haven't changed much and still no rooster feathers.
