"What's up?" = a desire to chat about aerial phenomenon.
"My crib..." = an adult human with a psychological infancy disorder.


Thus, I must conclude the folks in question are rolling their eyes at having hands attached to their bodies. They wish they didn't.
Now I don't know if they wish for wings instead, or flippers? But I am certain they don't like hands.
