Hope you had a lovely trip! Tzatziki I don't think I candled yesterday (although Tzatziki is also probably growing), but Haris/Xaris is very much developing, and hopefully she continues to!

Tzatziki is the right spelling for the delicious yoghurt/cucumber sauce with mint and garlic.

I made a mistake and mixed it up with a series of children’s book by the name Tsatsiki.
(by Swedish writer Moni Nilsson-Brännström about a half Greek, half Swedish boy who experiences a number of adventures in Stockholm.)

After typing Tsouloufati so many times, I got confused and typed tsatziki! I might resolve to typing tzatziki in Greek, so that I avoid this mistake from happening again
