I am hoping it will shut up soon and leave me alone!!!!! It keeps shouting get in here you big fat chick and let me slice that old fat rear end of yours!!! However Dh has been cooking and the smell from the kitchen is beginiing to overwhelm the call of the Elliptical. - Bread banana loaf with choc chips. Fat butt fat butt fat butt!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhh

I'll join in. We're doing the biggest loser at work. I'm just trying to cut down the carbs and increase my water. That has worked best for me. I need to work in exercise as well.
 
This week has been really bad for me carb wise. I made a loaf of bread, trying out a GF bread mix. I wasn't expecting much since most I've tried have been horrible, but this one was great. So all week I've been eating on this loaf of bread (a lot for me) I've had french toast a couple of times this week, it has been many years since I last had any french toast. I have two peices left so after today my carb eating should go back to normal.
 
I really like the low(not no) carb diet. I feel so much better,even after one meal. It just takes time and preparation, and that's where it gets tough for me. I just sent my hubby and daughter to the grocery store to get clothes soap and something for supper. I can lay you odds that It will be something i should not eat, but I could not think of anythign I wanted and that was low carb
