I just wanted to report in. This is my accountability. I did well my first week, went from 165 to 161.5. I slipped up a few times and ate sweets, but I did well with eating healthy meals and I got excersise four days out of the week. This week is not going to be as busy with famiy stuff, so I'm going to go for five days a week of excersise.
Yay for you! This is my accountability too, that and wanting to be slim for when HE puts his hands on my waist. Tired of feeling him feel the extra fat, lol!
