I didn't keep to my 30 day workout plan but I've been working out at least 4 times a week. My diet could still use some tweaking but this time of day a month ago I was 3 lbs heavier! That's enough to keep me going. I still don't like working out because I'm lazy but when I don't do it I feel kind of icky, like I've skipped school or something. I'll take any motivation I can grasp.

WeLl im still down 2-3 lbs meh....I guess I cant complained I havent gained it back...i was hpoing for 4 lbs a month..maybe i can catch up? Except for the fact i went out to eat last night and will tonight too...haha oops i mean bummmmerrrrrr

Ug. Hubby's company sent him to NYC until October and since I don't want to transfer our oldest this far into the school year, the kids and I are staying home. We won't see him until Spring Break. I'm really worried that this will derail me completely. I treat food like some people treat alcohol...when I'm upset I use it to self medicate. I'm trying to fit exercise into the little one's nap time and I keep telling myself I'll feel so much better tromping about Manhattan if I haven't gained 20 lbs. over the next few weeks. When I get lonely, though, I want to fill the void with baked goods and pizza! I think this is going to be the real test of my resolution.

Just wanted to check in and let you guys know I've been working out 2-3 times a week for at least 40 minutes to an hour and also I've been eating very well. I've lost between 6-8 pounds this past month, depending on the mood the scale is in. I'm happy with that, and I can feel my pants are a bit more loose. I really want to get down to 240 next month, and I think I can actually do it this time. I'm down to about 254ish (sometimes 252 depending on the scale!).

Now that I am getting healthier, I would love to get into the dating world. I'm having a bit of trouble meeting people though. I've thought about online dating sites, but I don't really feel all that comfortable using them. I just seem to see the same people over and over again and with work it is difficult to find time and motivation to get out and do things with! Any ideas of easy things to do to meet people?

Sounds like a good time for you to take up a new hobby! Take a night course in something you are interested in.
Expand your mind while the waste is shrinking! good luck!
