Colette shook her head. She was still freaked out by her capture. "I'm not letting my Cubs set foot outside this house with that horrible woman around. And I bet you that she will come back" she replied.

Xylo nodded. He entered the safe and curled around his family in a protective space, licking his mate and growling softly.

Lillian slept contently with the presence of her parents.

Colette drifted off to sleep feeling safe and content. She woke up suddenly. "She knows where we live!!" She whispered, panicking.
 
Naeva continued on with her day, washing clothes, scrubbing tables, sharpening weapons, the usual. She went outside into her yard to rake up the pine needles that would fall from all of the pesky ten foot pine trees. While she was a vampire and also didn't live in town, she still liked things being neat for her own pleasure. And Naeva did in fact still consider herself human, just with abnormalities.

Daniel had knocked one of the students out at this point in time. He lifted her limp body on his shoulders and headed for the nearby forest.

Dr Seddon gathered her gun, rucksack and laptop as she walked out to her car. She unlocked it and drove out of the carpark, joining the busy early morning traffic on the highway. She weaved in and out of the slow traffic.

Xylo shifted into a human, and started heading for his Corvette. He saw Dr. Seddon leave, and decided he should leave her alone for now. Instead, he went to the shopping Colette had never finished, to help her out a bit. Once done with the shopping, he pulled into the garage and headed inside, setting the groceries on the kitchen table.
 
(GTG) Colette smiled at him gratefully and kissed him on the cheek. She started cooking the bacon and poured Xylo and herself a mug of coffee each.
