Colette walked around the house, locking all the windows and double checking the door. Even though Xylo promised to protect them, she still wanted to be on the safe side. She walked into the living room, clicking the baby gate behind her, to find Jason and Lillian playing together. Colette smiled proudly at her already walking toddlers and joined in with their teddy bear picnic and, for a moment, forgetting about all of her worries.

Charlotte surveyed her surroundings. The room was bare apart from a thin blanket and the bare lightbulb in the Center of the ceiling. She noticed that whilst she had been sleeping someone had left her a metal bowl of water and a few chunks of meat. What do they think I am? An animal? she thought to herself. Charlotte stood up, cautiously making her way towards the bowls of meat and water. A group of scientists and students, gathered around the viewing screen, watching excitedly. She picked up a chunk of flesh, and put it down again. Did they really expect her to eat RAW meat?

Nicole walked around in her animal form.she was looking for a mate.

Xylo smiled at his children. It was sad that werefox children grow faster than normal children did, he thought.

Lillian giggled, and handed Jason her cup for him to "fill".

Jason courteously filled up her tea cup, before turning to his parents "can I go to school?" He asked randomly with pleading eyes.
