Just how would YOU have any control over whether THEY have to go to the post office to ship or whether they can print labels at home? Like it's your fault if they run out of printer ink? Or if they decided to ship a box that wouldn't fit in their mailbox for pickup/wouldn't be home for pickup so had to take it in to ensure security/no rain.

That's VERY lame. Wow... I wouldn't by from them... besides... I don't trust those calculTATORS to do accurate math.
