has anyone used the brinsea octo 10? This is the 'bator that you have to actually pull the tray all the way out to manually turn eggs.. ? I am looking for feed back on this and advice on how to have a good hatch. I have 11 eggs-and have already previously lost 9.
I'd really like this to work this time! I am wondering if I should just step up and buy a different incubator... When I pull the tray out, it is a little sticky and this seems to jar the eggs worse than the turner would.... anyway. Feed back would be awesome!
Is it bad to keep a moist paper towel ON the eggs to help keep the humidity up? I have sponges in the little cups, and that brought the humidity up closer to the proper level, but still not quite high enough....
