*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

Edmund grinned happily. "And you finally admitted it," he said.
--
Fawn slowed her horse. "You're obviously lying about things, too. So no, I shall not tell you," she said hastily.
--
Emilee nodded. "I'm sorry to hear about your father," she said quietly.
---
Linnet asked a servant to bring up a small vase of water to her room, then she proceeded in that direction.

"Wh-what do you mean?" Gwen stammered. "I didnt admit anything."

Redd shrugged. "I'm not lying, but if you want to be like that..."

Fent smiled sadly. "Its alright. If I had come so see him sometimes, then I would have known sooner."

Edmund stood up slowly and looked around. "I think it's clear," he said.
--
Fawn sped her horse up, leaving Redd behind
-
Emilee put her hand on Fent's. "It sounds like you loved him very much," she said.
-
Linnet slowed her pace to admire a butterfly.

Gwen stood and dusted herself off. "Well then we had better continue." She said hoping to avoid their previous topic.

Redd ignored Fawn, and continued on at his own pace. If she wanted to get separated again, then that was up to her.

Fent shook his head. "No. We weren't close. That's why I never came to see him."

Edmund looked around. "We'd best began searching for my horse," he said. "And our supplies."
--
Emilee laughed awkwardly. "Oh."
--
Mariah burst into Audric's library uninvited as she was wont to do.

Edwin leaned back against the tree. There were so many things going on to fill his head. The missing princess, his engagement to her, Peter's proposal, Alena's dilemma. He sighed heavily.

Gwen sighed in relief. He had forgotten. "What do you think her father will do when he finds out?"

Fent shrugged. "Its alright, I suppose." He smiled. "On a happier note, you are here now, and I do not have to return to the castle for a while."

Audric continued to finish the paper he was working on. "Is something the matter?"

"Probably nothing. He's too fond of me to betray us, I'm sure," Edmund said.
--
Emilee blushed. "Well, I'll be leaving tomorrow," she said.
---
Mariah shook her head. "The matter? Oh nothing,@ she said casually.

"Fond of you? But you've only known him to mere hours!" Gwen replied.

Fent nodded. "If that is what you wish. You are welcome to stay as long as you want." He said kindly.

Audric snorted. "Then what reason gave you to come bursting in!"

(??? Ohhhh I thought she said "your father")

Edmund pushed some briars downforce Hwen to pass
--
Emilee stood up. "That's mighty kind of ye, but my father will be needing me," she replied
--
Mariah frowned. "Bursting? Did I burst in here? Well, I am sorry if I disturbed some important business," she apologized in a sarcastic manner.
