*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

Gavin put the log on the fire.
---
Cliffton yanked the curtain back in place "no ones here" He stated indignantly.
Anna returned to her home carrying the bucket. She set it down slowly, water sloshing over the sides.
---
Jane laughed. "Why hello there, sir," she greeted Cliffton. Edwin rolled his eyes and quickly pushed back the curtain revealing himself. "Hello miss. I thought you were my mother. Come, Cliffton, let's go," he stated abruptly.

(Time skip Gav and Anna to morning?)
---
Cliffton grumbled "so you shoved me behind a curtain" he grouched.
(sure thing. They're behind anyway. You start)
---
(:lau Your characters are so great Madam, esp the youngins)

Edwin pushed past Jane, but she stuck out her arm to stop him. "Not so fast, sir. I'd like to know you and your sidekick's names," she smiled sweetly. Edwin stopped, huffed slightly, then looked her in the eye. "Name's His Royal Highness Prince Edwin III, and this is Cliffton," he replied rudely.

Gavin woke up surrounded by three cats.
---
"Sidekick!?" Cliffton stamped angrily "I'll have you know I'm a prince!"
(:lau Anna must like cats as well)

Anna looked over to where Gavin was. She quietly set a long on the fire trying not to wake him
---
"Oh! Your highness, I apologize, I didn't recognize you," Jane apologized and did a deep curtsy. Edwin rolled his eyes. He hated all the formal stuff his parents required. "It's no problem, I won't chop your head off," he joked. He shot a look a Cliffton hoping to shut him up.

Mariah closed the door behind her and proceeded down the hallway

Gavin blinked repeatedly, sighed, and stroked a cats head "Hi" He said groggily.
---
"I will!" Cliffton stamped "Sidekick! Of all the insulting things! Don't you know a prince when you see one!? You should be banished! Or...or..."

"oh, I didn't mean to wake ye," Anna said.
---
Jane looked aghast. "I do so apologize," she told Cliffton. Princes don't typically hide behind curtains from queens," she said. Edwin looked the young woman over. "Cliffton, remember what your tutor has taught you. There are times to be talkative and times to shut up. Now is time for the latter. And you are, miss?" He asked

"I think the cats did" Gavin moved the one that was draped across his chest.
---
Cliffton glared at Edwin. He crossed his arms, but kept quiet.

Anna chuckled. "You can just dump them on the floor. They'll learn their place eventually," she said.
--
"Jane. Lady Jane. But the lady doesn't exactly matter, especially after I just insulted two Royal princes," she said. She looked from one young man to the other. They looked similar, except one was a little taller and looked a few years older.
Edwin crossed his arms as well. "Ah. Are you the Lady Jane?" He asked.
--
Katrina sighed. She threw the towel across the room, then thought better of it and ran to get it.

Gavin gently set them each on the floor gently
---
Cliffton was getting rather tired of the conversation. He tapped his foot impatiently.
