*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

(Wow guys, I leave for eight hours and miss a page of stuff! Yall are good...)

Adrienne groaned and rolled over onto her back, staring disgustedly at the ceiling "When will they be home?" She whispered into Calder's ear, as if her boredom were a secret.
----
Gavin dutifully took dishes from Katrina and wiped them off with a towel he had been given. He waited for someone to break the awkward silence. He glanced nervously at Redd, waiting tensely for him to say the word and kick him out. But no one said anything for a long time.

(Haha yep, sorry! I feel bad for Beaky and Drapacacorn)

As Linnet entered Alnwick stable with Richard's horse, a shadowy figure darted out the window. She pet the horse on the neck, then a stable boy took him to put away. Linnet stood by the gate a moment, thinking.
---
Katrina washed the last dish. "That be it," she said. She took the bucket and dumped it outside. "Je–Aunt Rachel, tomorrow ought one or two of us go to the town and get some supplies?" She asked

(Oh I thought it was evening.)
Katrina watched them exit. She turned to Gavin. "Where are you staying tonight?" She asked

Gavin scowled "I don't know" He said quietly "I guess I'll go back to the woods" He stared into Katrina's eyes "Thank you...for everything" He said seriously.

Edmund shrugged as best one could while dancing. "I don't know. I may just be a rumor amongst the guards. But I haven't seen her here tonight," he explained.

Linnet cantered the horse all the way back to Alnwick castle.

Edwin spun Alena around once more, then the song ended.

Gwen went silent for a moment. "She...ran away?"

Alena smiled at him, but turned away when she felt a blush creeping into her cheeks.

Katrina smiled. "Oh it was me pleasure," she said. "And thank ye, fer your cleanin' help."
---
Edmund nodded. The dance was over, so he led Gwen to the chairs. "That was a most delightful dance," he said.

Edwin bowed. "Thank you, miss Alena, for the best dance of the evening," he said.
--
Linnet went to her room. She was not aware of the shadowy figure who was a few yards behind her. The figure stopped following when Linnet went in her bedroom.

Gavin sighed and turned to go. He knew he was overstepping, but he asked, without looking at her "I don't suppose I could stay?"
