Edmund began walking in no particular direction. "No, it's fine. No need to apologize–(*breaks into song*)–," he said.

Edwin opened the door to leave. "Now you owe me," he said as he left.

Fawn cantered her horse in the direction of Alnwick castle.
"No, no," Katrina gasped. "I used salt instead of sugar in the pie," she corrected him. "I sprinkled it very generously over the berries and used it in the pie, in addition to the normal amount of salt."
"Yeah, can't argue with that" Gavin agreed, plopping his piece in with it.Edmund stopped and turned to face Gwen. "Very well then. I accept your apology," he smiled.

Fawn continued riding. She couldn't wait to get back to Alnwick castle.

Serenity sucked in her breath and let it out slowly, "Thank you for telling me Linnet." She said, she briskly walked back to her horse and untied it, she walked over to a fallen log and stepped onto it, then she swung onto the saddle of her horse, she secured her feet in the stirrups then looked at Linnet, "I will be going for a ride, I will be back before nightfall." She said, then she rode off, she was very angry with her husband for not telling her, and her other daughter had left to go too, she knew what she was about to do was brash and stupid, but she wasn't going to stand idly by while her daughter was missing."I believe Sir Richard and–" Linnet hesitated, "And Princess Adrienne went out to search. And Maud sent out a contingent of soldiers to search, but heaven knows they won't have any luck, so I sent out the assassins," she explained.
Edmund stopped and turned to face Gwen. "Very well then. I accept your apology," he smiled.

"Well..." Gavin said thoughtfully "I suppose we should be getting to bed soon, we've got a long day ahead of us" He peeked out the window to be sure 'his' horse was still there.Katrina laughed. "Well, what do we do now?" She asked. "It's nearly dark."

Maud poured some tea into Adrienne's little tea cup, and she cut a large slice of cake to go with it. "Here," she said.
