*The Verge of War* A Medieval Rp

Katrina waited for her mother to continue. "So I took ye, all bundled up and not even a year old, and we up and left one mornin'," Anna wiped her eyes with her apron.
---
Emilee needn't ask why her mother left. She understood perfectly, having lived with John for her whole life

Gavin glanced at Katrina. He wasn't sure what to say, so he just listened.

Katrina went over and gave her mother a big hug. Mother and daughter stood there together for a few silent seconds, each in their own thoughts. Anna suddenly realized that Gavin was there still and had just heard their most personal life story. She chuckled to herself, not really caring about that fact for the moment.
---
"Well, I think I'll turn in for the night," Emilee said abruptly. She looked at her father. He was asleep. The effects of his day at the tavern was still on him. She rolled her eyes and got up from her seat at the table

Gavin waited for an awkward minute, then, practically involuntarily blurted "I know Emilee"

Linned nodded. "They do love to talk," she said sleepily.

(Just left)
Edwin trotted his horse out of the courtyard, but brought it to a walk not far out. The poor horse was exhausted from running nearly all the way to Alnwick
---
Katrina watched her mother carefully, eager to hear the reply.
"Emilee. Her name is Emilee," Anna said.
(Does Gavin remember?)
---
Emilee actually for once felt pity for her father. She reached out and grabbed his hand gently. "Where are they living?" She asked quietly.
"East of Edinburgh," John said roughly.
---
Mariah was rather surprised with the turn of events of what she had thought to be a good plan. "And she is at her home now?" She asked.
Edmund nodded. "We returned early this morning."
---
(Where is Gwen?)

"Are you alright?" Peter asked worriedly. He kept thinking of the ball.

Alena sighed and mounted her horse. She walked it slowly back to Edinburgh, not caring for the consequences if she were to be cause.

Anna and Katrina both turned at the same time to face Gavin. "You do?" They asked at the same time. (Madam)

Emilee went to her corner of the cottage and pulled out a feed cloth sack from under her mattress. She grabbed her few clothing items, a small bible she had never been able to read, a bag in which she kept a locket her mother gave her, and a small pouch of coins she had stowed away over the years.
---
"Yes, I'm perfectly fine," Linnet replied. She leaned her head on Peter's shoulder. (Crazy chick)
---
Edwin saw a lone rider in the distance. "Hello!" He called out. (Alena)
---
Mariah was silent for a minute. "Very well. Be gone with you," she told Edmund, who looked very surprised.
---
(Where's Gwen?)
---
Richard headed back to his room via a back door. (Open)

Fawn sat under a tree, thinking. (Open)
---
Maud left the two princesses together and headed for the laundry. (Open)

Gavin looked down at the cat, who was still in his lap "We're...uh...er...betrothed" He mumbled.
(I'm getting a lot of use out of that cat

Anna's and Katrina's eyes widened at the same time. "You, and my daughter, are betrothed?" Anna asked, amazed. Katrina felt a sudden tinge of jealousy
