the chicks i got on the 20th of feb got moved into their big kid(chick) brooder today,,,used a 4ft tall dog ex pen shaped into a 4ftx4ft square and used a tarp underneath and brought the tarp up a foot on three of the sides and the front i only brought the tarp up 5-6" so i could still open it up when i give them water and food and they got a new big feeder like my cochins outside have and i hung it up and i raised their water.

so far they seem to be enjoying their new brooder and all the extra space....and them now moved opens up their old brooder to the ducklings that get shipped out in 9 days on the 24th

Ancona ..I ordered 2 girls and a boy and they gave me 2 boys 2 girls , but he's the only one with a big comb already and he's very "confident" already ..he's gonna be beautiful

My babies are 4 weeks now. Getting so big and cute. I tried to take a pic of one of the golden polish and one of the nuggets photo bombed her. Lol! These Cornish X love their tummy rubs so they come visit with me and are friendly.
