I'm pretty sure Leghorns have white ears. Welsummers shouldn't have that.

Those pics are not clear enough to tell much, at least not to these old eyes.
Understand that the ear and the earlobe are different things.
Ears have feathers, ear lobes have skin. The earlobes on a pullet/hen will be smaller than shown below.

Thank you!! I see what your saying about the ears, the Earlobes on a BL are white not the ear!! Lol. Mine has red Earlobes so she must be a Wellie.... Now that I have that straight, I wish she would start laying. Haha

Well there you go, you learn something every day! I didn't know this, just shows that i'm still very new to chickens, haha

my roo has alot going on i no ..his breast is a hot mess of colors..

his tail has fluff sticking out ..



i like my girls tho but they are getting picked on by the wyandottes ..i am ordering a hen saver apron for the one ..[poor girls butt is getting pretty soar looking..i watch the roo levon snatching feathers from her ..she crys out and then hides in the coop ..i thought of moving him to a diffrent coop but i am getting ready to put my 4 older birds in with the new birds ..i no they are stairing each other down threw the fence ..gunna be a royle rumble when i do lety them all together..
