That pic is kind of small and dark...or maybe it's just my eyes.
Lighter pics with good head shots would help.

the one on the left looks like a pullet - but its hard to tell from that angle for sure - I'm going by the hackle coloring. The one on the right - is that an isabel?
that does not look like a welsummer - are the legs dark? The original picture only had 2 birds in it - are you saying you have three with this coloration?
I have some wyandottes that are way behind the others ..I don't think its a big worry but I would keep an eye on them and in a week if it doesn't look like they are growing then I might worry ..I think altho they are shipped at a day old that some I would bet are a little older ..also there may be a runt thing going on ..I have a couple that are almost feathered all out while some are just starting to get pin feathers ..well that's my opinion ..let see what others with more exsperance has to say about it ..
Gorgeous! Welsummers seem like a super breed. I love everything I'm hearing about them.
