i see white between the tail feathers and the butt of the bird ..i see this on my roo as well ..is this a common trait in wellie roo's..?????..
I don't have an issue with it in my flock, but yes, it can be a problem. You don't want the tail fluff.
One of my males when he was roughly 8 months old. He got in a fight with his father, so that's why his wattles are banged up.
