It just so happens that we ARE having breakfast for dinner, so I can show you mine HAHAHAHA! I can already tell you it is a BIG FAT yolk that is almost orange. Hers are like that all the time.

I have a question, though ~ you are getting all these eggs from only FOUR pullets??? We average out about 7- 10 eggs daily, and don't ever have that many all together. I think the most we ever had build up was 3 dozen, & that was because I put a moratorium on egg consumption for several days because I wanted to share with the neighbors.

Red, yes, these are from only 4 pullets. They are just over 7 mos old and lay consistently... we just haven't eaten at the same rate! Thankfully

the neighbors have just come and taken 2 dozen home with them... don't know what I'm gonna do when ALL the Brahmas are laying (along with the other pullets - around the first of Dec...)

I was just coming on to post the same thread! Yesterday I get an XLarge egg from my 5 month old EE - her second egg ever - and today, I get this massive egg from one of the other girls. I don't know if it's a BO, BSL or RIR - they are all 7 months old, but it won't even fit in my Jumbo size egg carton! Is there something in the air?
