I got my "whopper" yesterday. It was easily the size of two large eggs put together. Silly me thinks "Hey, maybe it's a TRIPLE yolker!".
Wrong.
Noticing a crack in the shell as I added the others I gathered today, I took it out to cook up for the dog. I cracked it further only to find egg white surrounding ANOTHER EGG. I cracked _that_ and found more whites and a yolk.
Talk about bizzare. My pullets have only started laying within the week, and it seems that daily another one begins to lay (2 eggs Sun, 2 eggs Mon, 2 Tues, 2 Wed, 5 Th, and 6 today).
You'd better believe that I made sure they had ACV in their water, full feed bins, and oyster shell after that!
