I'm here! I had a friend and coworker pick me up a dozen Trader Joe eggs today from Portland. They aren't labeled as fertile, but I cracked one open and saw a bulls eye!
I had promised myself that I would wait until the Easter hatch... but I just can't say no to such ... fate ... as receiving Trader Joes eggs.
...Especially after I had to deal with stinky today:
Here they are, and I'll set them tonight with you, Steve, what the heck?!

No, skunks are not my favorite predator by a long shot (harhar). However, skunks appear to be my lot in life. I've found that Fels Naptha laundry soap on both clothes and skin is the absolute best de-skunker. After prevention with layers and double gloving, of course.
I've situated the eggs in the bator, remember I cracked one to test fertility... and wouldn't you know it I couldn't situate them correctly without that extra egg! So I ran to the fridge and found the egg from earlier (I think Tuesday) that was spotted real pretty and threw it in the bator. This is truly a test of wills in that incubator!
Steve, may I sit in on the sidelines? I've got call duck eggs in two MiniAdvance EX bators, and supposedly they're really hard to hatch (although I got 4/5 my very first and only other try - totally beginner's luck and a darned good incubator).
I'm going to set two dozen shipped LF Cochin eggs (or maybe I'll trade half of those with another BYCer to share the wealth and get something else in exchange) tomorrow which I should have set today but I apparently slept all day today.... on and off...

Glad to nave you here , sidelines or wherever you want to sit . If you keep us updated on the duck eggs here , I won't have to go lookin' for you LOL .
I started mine at 8:00 P.M. here . Now the long wait for the 1602 to get up to temps and stabilize . I've got one white egg from my girls in there . I assume a Speckled Sussex ran out of ink that day , because theirs are my lightest colored eggs .
I set my first eggs in a home bator 2.10 weeks ago. 12 to start and only 8 remaining. Only because they are to dark to candle. I'm not optimistic at all. Feel like I did everything wrong. Just the same not willing to give up. If even 1 chick hatches I will be 'eggstatic'
