Welcome , and let us know what you get tomorrow . I remember you saying something about your weather being warm enough to incubate without the bator , so good luck keeping them from bakeing .

Humidity is yo-yoing too. Anywhere from 22% two days ago to 99% yesterday!

I have one lonely egg going into lockdown today. Only survivor of 24 shipped eggs. I've left it in the main 'bator as it seems happy there and the one I was using as a hatcher came with an auto turned I'm excited to try out.

Going to try hatching in cartons too this round. Never done it but I think I lost my CNY chicks to being tumbled so I'll give it a shot.

Will deffinatly let you know what I end up with tomorrow. For once I won't be hatching a day ahead!

See ya tomorrow then !

Well, ummmmm, I have 36 eggs or so sitting here. If I go toss them in the bator, can I join ya?

Some were nearly frozen, due to the bitter cold here. So..... I don't know what kind of hatch I will have.

I am joking of course , I wouldn't wish this blizzard on anybody , but alot of people sure caught one .

I will never brag about having nice weather again........ mostly because I see no nice weather in the near future!

OK, they are in the bator. Honestly, I had some frozen eggs that were cracked. Some of these eggs were probably close to it, so I really do not know what to expect. Though, on one of my recent hatches I had written on one of the eggs "ice cold," (because it was) and it hatched! So, maybe there is some hope.

I was collecting eggs every hour or so for the NY hatch , but still found cold eggs needed to fill the bator after having to take off and do other things . I had alot of clears , but nearly every one was from one breeding pen . My CX cockerals just didn't get their job done .

Do you think all the clear eggs were infertile, or could it be because they were nearly frozen that they did not develop? I know I have been having 100% fertility lately, so this batch will sorta be a test on that. If these cold eggs do not develop, I am thinking it will due to being so cold.
