This is what I tell me hubby and kids to do

Okay I gave so much to this lady. We haven't use the parking lot except for the bus to turn around. I wait at my house till I see the bus, and then drive down to the end of the parking lot and put my kid on. Not more than 30 sec do we spend in that lot. I live on a dead end street and it is either the parking lot or the highway. Now the lady called the buss company and complained and now we have to stop 2 lanes of traffic so my kids can get on the bus. Come on now! I'm sorry but seriously???

So I wrote a note to everyone else thanking them for letting me use the lot... not a single one was bothered at all. So just because this one lady has nothing to do but stare out side the window all day... uggggg

She has a sign on her door I thought was a cute joke.... "pets welcomed.... Children must be leashed...." I think she is serious!!! If she had buisness maybe she would have something better to do with her time. I am so glad I have never used her place!!! I have use the construction company, the carpet company and the barber shop. I have no clue what one of the shops do, but the other I need a cosmotology licence to partrinize, so I can't go there.

Even though she is renting the space and paying triple net, she legally cannot stake out "her parking spaces". Anyone who patronizes the center can park anywhere. That being said, at least go into one of the stores on occasion. Most of us groomers do NOT like the children around the pets in our care. Things can happen. If I were you I wouldn't worry so much about it. What is she going to do? Take away your birthday?
Pick up your child and enjoy your time together.

I think that the shop owner's reaction may be a bit over the top, but aren't most school bus stops within walking distance of the kids' houses? If you can see the bus coming from your house, wouldn't it be easier to to walk there?

I had a similar situation when my daughter had her yearly dance concert in Dec 2009, The concet is at the local community church(big church) and I only live down the road from it but my daughter had all her costumes and other stuff to take so we drove up. The church car park was full so I had to find somewhere else to park, the restaraunt across the road has just changed hands about a month prior and the car park was completely empty so I though what sthe harm in parking in thier car park for 2 hours It will look like they have some yuisness at least, so we parked there and walked across the road to the concert. I was thinking everything was good until the concert was about to start and the the host said '' If anyone has parked acroos the road in the chinese restaruant can you please move your car or it will be towed'' So I had to run across and find somewhere else to park 15mins walk down the road, so I missed the first 15 mins of the concert AHHHH. I know its their car park but they have more car spaces than they are ever gunna fill and I thought this was rude. As I said before the car park was totally empty when I parked in it but when I went to go get my car about 10 other people had parked ther to but ther was still about 30 other vacant car spaces(if anything I think It made their restaruant look as though it had customers) I haven't been to the restaraunt and never will now.

We have once the weather broke to above freezing (It's amazing how warm that is when it's been 0 for a while) we were walking...All this week. Also if the weathers is good we walk. . The bus driver told me about this today. I don't know what her problem is... I haven't parked anywhere in the lot since she complained a month ago.

The bus services has told us to quit using the lot. There is nothing I can do. The bus driver doesn't want to get fired or anything. So he doesn't want the lady complaining.

Ok you just made me laugh out loud. Bus stops where I live can be anywhere from 15 miles away from a kids home. It just depends on how rural the area is. Along Phelan road there are only 5 bus stops and the road is 22 miles long.

Update.... she is closing her doors. I just wonder if she was nicer to people if she would of been open longer....
