I don't understand how it hurts anyone to do any of those things. The right hand turn thing I see, but to use it to turn around? I use personal drive ways as turn arounds! If they are storing there car maybe, put parking for a few moments? It seems like a pointless place to put your anger.

I just don't understand yours or her anger.... it's a parking spot! It's 10 degrees out! It's almost christmas for petes sake!

The funny thing about getting mad at people for trival things such as that.... is that there is one day that they themselves do the same thing for some reason..... It always happens...

I'm going to talk with her. I can't afford her services but maybe I can do something for her to get her less angry about my parking... And ask the other places and make sure I'm not pissing them off as well.

I thought cars parked in a private parking section will get towed,but maybe that is only if a sign is posted. I usually wait on a side road to take my kids into the school at their time.I used to wait at an auto store parking lot,but worried about someone yelling at me....even though there were plenty of open spaces.

I'd've asked her to show me her lease showing that she has exclusive rights to the parking spaces in front of her business.

If the spot is reserved (for customers to a specific business, a particular individual or company, etc.) it should be marked. If it is not marked, it is not reserved, and can be used by anyone having the legal right to use the parking lot. In general, parking lots at shopping centers are considered public in the sense that anyone is allowed to use it unless specifically marked, such as with a sign saying that "use is limited to the customers, clients, proprieters and employees at XYZ Shopping Center".

The end of our driveway has a turn around space in it. I don't care at all about cars using it to turn in, people get lost on this road all the time. But I get really angry at the tractor trailers who do it. They cannot turn without going pretty far over the edge and not only does it tear up the grass, but the traffic is crushing the edge of my driveway and has started to crack my very expensive drainage tunnel under the entrance!

The township made us put it in and makes us maintain it. Maybe it isn't one person maybe it is an accumulation of people all thinking they are the only one?

But she is in business and this is private property -- big difference!
