Again that is just an incomplete tail. The others are all bantams which I have never disputed have had issues with bunny tails.

This tail appears to have none of the stiff or harder feathers forming the tent. I'm thinking it is the abrupt or incomplete tail.

While more narrow across the butt than I like to see, this bird does have some tenting although not strong. I like the rear to be at least as wide as my palm and thumb.

I always thought of that shape of a tail as a clam, so it looks that way because it is lacking a hard feather and instead has a soft feather? Do you think this is more common with a narrow end than a wide ended bird?

I took some pictures of my cockerel tonight before his bath, however they didn't turn out very well. I'll try to take some more tomorrow.
