Your work is outstanding ! I am guessing that you are a bit of a perfectionist . If you are not happy with it pop it in the post and send it to me.
In all seriousness , mine have more elongated feathers on the neck, but at a glance your portrait is obviously SLW.

It's here, the 2014 Wyandotte Breeders List / Directory
The list was created last year to refer folks to that were interested in buying Wyandottes. It allows buyers to see who is selling what varieties, if they sell eggs, chicks, juveniles, adult birds, and whether or not the seller ships or local pick up only. From there they can look at the BYC members profile to see if they have a website, pictures of their birds, etc...

OK help me ID this chick
This is one of the Choc x SLW chicks. Not marked like a SLW but similar. Is it really choc? It was not clear when I was looking at it when I took the pick but it sure looks choc in the pics.

Same chick from the front. It was very brown looking but I have never seen a Choc SLW......

This is a SLW chick from the same hatch

These are the 2 others from the cross.... just black. Can I use them with the Choc split roo to make more solid wyandottes or would that send me down the wrong path????
