The Wyandotte Thread

I am new to evaluating the breed, so take what I say with a grain of salt. I think the lacing is suppose to be more scalloped and less pointy. Look back a few posts to the pictures of BluffCountryShepherdess splash wyandotte. Her lacing is scalloped like it is supposed to be.

OK - - - the experienced wyandotte breeders - - JUMP IN HERE - - did I say it right or did I blow it ? ? ? ?

This is the GLW I had a year or so ago. Maybe seeing her will help out on your chicks something older to check against.
I am in no way saying this hen was to SOP. Her comb was way to big for a hen.
The one on the right looks like it will turn blue on you and not be black
This is a young roo GL I hatched out of BLRW Eggs.

So I acquired a pair of Blue Wyandottes. Can anyone tell me more about them? I googled them and can't seem to find alot about them or breeders etc. Very beautiful birds if I may say so!

I have this little one who came with a blue wyandotte broody. The babies are supposed to be either BLR or just Blue. Can someone tell me which color this one might be? Could it be splash?

It has a lot of red in the baby feathers but there's also a lot of blue fluff. This a photo at 4 weeks.
