Why thank you! I'm taking them to show They aren't completely up to standard, because their legs aren't yellow.

i absolutely love the coloring and pattern on my GLW. started laying at 24 weeks about two weeks ago. She has become much more friendly as she matures.

Do Wyandottes tend to start laying later than other breeds?

I believe mine started laying around 24 weeks, which, i believe is average. my speckled sussex started at about 20 weeks

Breeder Wyandottes will not lay till 8 or 9 months is my understanding. They are slow to mature, but that also gives them the good lacing. Hatchery Wyandottes probably lay earlier since they breed more for layers.
