Huh...do you have less tall grass than you used to? That's where they hang out. I shrunk my lawn even more recently and it's benefited all the wildlife.

We live in town so the grass cant be tall. When we first moved in and up until 3 years ago there were tons of fireflies

We don't use pesticides, and our neighbors on both sides of us dont. But im not sure about the others.
