I have a friend who is a night watchman for a place like this. He works only 4 hours and tries to change his start and end times, but they just wait for him to go. He has been confronted, but he carries so he was in no real danger. Anyhow, stolen cars and guns ain't the only thing going to Mexico.

Mine was already filled in on the back, and then re-sold without getting a clear title first. Basically it's just extra paperwork at the DMV - my dad got it titled legally over 5 years ago, and since transferred it over to me. Neither of us went to jail.
FIL has a 1981 Chevy he bought without a title, they made him fill out some paperworks at the DMV and a Sherriff had to verify the VIN before they issued a title, and something about buying insurance against repossession? Anyway, he has a clear title on it now too.

I am so sorry for your friend. Poor Daisy but at least she died doing her job...what a brave girl she was. I will say a prayer for your friend and Daisy.
